Shipping Policy
All shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
We currently ship within New Zealand.
We can’t always guarantee delivery times, but our general timeframes are 1-2
business days to dispatch from our clinic, and shipping within New Zealand takes 1-
3 business days.
We recommend either a work address or home address. Please note - we do not deliver to
PO Box addresses and if no-one is home at the time of delivery, NZ Courier’s policy
is to leave the parcel in a safe location including mailboxes and out of sight near
front doors.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is shipped. The phone number and email address you provide with the purchase will be shared within NZ Post's online tracking service for the single purpose of updating you on your packages delivery progress. Please let us know if you don't want this information shared.

Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received
it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of
purchase. Due to the nature of our products, used oils, creams, powders or syrups cannot be
returned or refunded. Please send an email to info@bloomacupuncture.co.nz with
the subject line "return" or "refund" within 48 hours of arrival to action this process.
The cost of returning the item will not be covered by Bloom Acupuncture and must
be paid for and organised by the customer for any returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the
issue and make it right. Please send photographic proof of damage and the receipt
to info@bloomacupuncture.co.nz with the subject line "damage" within 48 hours of
arrival.

Sale
We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited-
edition products. If you purchased directly before a sale, we unfortunately cannot
price match the item.
